Ever since Internet Explorer 10 was automatically downloaded I can't download any software. Even Adobe Flash player needs to be upgraded so I can continue playing my games but no matter which software I try I get this error.
I worked with a Tech. I also was getting an error code of b every time an update was available. I've even tried restoring to a previous date before Internet Explorer 10 but to no avail the damage is done, I think it is a security issue with an update that was downloaded.

But, sometimes the antivirus can be wrong and stop your browser from downloading a genuine non-threatening file. If you have complete trust on the file that has been blocked, then you can make your antivirus unblock the file. This particular error only appears when in Google Chrome virus is detected.
Windows Security is the built-in antivirus of Windows 10 and is as good or even better than other free antiviruses out there. If it has stopped a file from downloading, then it is likely that the file can cause a security breach. Hello Vincent when i look at your website you gave me and type in windows defender in start it doesn't look like i have it but there is windows defender firewall and advanced security.
